The market at Eaglehawk Neck Hall kicks off at 9.30am- we’ll have food, drinks, craft, books, homeade goodies, plants and porcelain dolls this week.
The film this month is Last Cab to Darwin, starring Michael Caton. It starts at 7.0pm on the Saturday- join us for a shared dinner at 6.0pm. The following Thursday we are screening The Danish Girl at 7.30pm.
Saturday 8 October at 7.00pm – Brooklyn (M 111 minutes) – Nominated for three Oscars. Saoirse Ronan (The Way Back) stars as a young Irish immigrant in 1950s New York who must decide whether her future lies in her new homeland or whether she must return to Ireland. Also stars Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent and Domhnall Gleeson.
9.30 – 12.30 Lots of stalls – special visitors this week George and Hilary are bringing fresh produce and plants, and Alanna will be doing face painting for the kids! Come and join us for morning tea or an early lunch…

The Eaglehawk Neck Hall Film Society screens films every month. Coming up on Saturday 13th August at 7.00pm Fame (M 128 minutes) – Original 1980 movie musical directed by Alan Parker about a group of young talented people from differing backgrounds who audition for the prestigious New York City High School for the Performing Arts, and follows them on their way to graduation.
