Apply now for a Community Grant

We are continuing to deliver more good across Australia through our 2025 Community Grants program, which is now open for applications.
For over five years, the Australia Post Community Grants program has made a real difference, helping communities improve mental wellbeing and foster stronger connections. Australia Post also has a proud history of supporting communities during disasters, acting as a vital connector and provider of essential resources and support.
This year, we’re expanding our grants program with an additional $250,000 available to support projects that enhance mental wellbeing, connection, and resilience in disaster-impacted communities.
Grants of up to $10,000 each are available.

 

Eligibility Criteria:
Organisations must be:
  • An incorporated not-for-profit
  • Located in Australia
  • Providing services at a local level within Australia
  • Have an ABN and an Australian bank account.
Projects must:
  • Improve mental wellbeing outcomes
  • Located in Australia
  • Help people meaningfully connect in their local community
  • Be locally-led and locally-delivered.
If applying for the new pool of funding, projects must also:
  • Support a disaster-impacted community for improved connection, wellbeing, and/or resilience.
