Please see attached the Agenda for the ENACT AGM this coming Sunday the 8th at 11am at the EHN Hall. Everyone is welcome!

The Financial Report for the last financial year and the President’s Report are also attached together with the Minutes of the last AGM and the SGM from March.

Subject to any business that a member may wish to raise, the meeting should be over fairly quickly. We do need a quorum so attendance would be appreciated.

Membership applications are attached for your consideration or passing to a friend.

At this time, there are still a number of Committee Member position still vacant and anyone interested would be welcome to nominate at the meeting.

The CoastCare activity for this Sunday is cancelled, due to the ENACT’s AGM. The Officers Quarters volunteer weeding group will still convene Thursday of next week, ie 12th of September at 10 am. Please let me know if you can attend.
