The Association owns, manages and maintains the Hall on land leased from the Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife Service. The cost of the Hall’s upkeep is generated by fundraising activities as it receives minimal  financial support from the Tasman Council or Government.

Many members of the local community and those owning holiday homes in the town are active members of the Association and contribute to its upkeep and the many community activities for which it is used.
Meetings are held monthly and the AGM is held around July. New members are encouraged and welcomed.
