Hello all,

As some of you know, over the last couple of weeks we have been running a Digital Confidence Café.
Although technology promised to make us all more connected, it has in some ways made driven us further apart.
For better or worse, using technology has become a necessity but many people continue to struggle with its increasing role in daily life which isolates some.
We started Ducks in a Row to address this and has so far been successful in bringing people together to connect, talk about and resolve technology related issues.

The café-style ‘Ducks in a Row’ program is run on Monday mornings from 9:00am – 10:30am at Lucky Ducks Café in Nubeena.
The program aims to raise people’s digital confidence in a relaxed and community-driven way and, since it began a few weeks ago, the program has created a space where people have connected with others in the community, felt safe to ask questions about technology, and found answers to common technology challenges.

The posters/ flyers for the April sessions are attached. Please feel free to forward this information onto anyone who you feel needs help with tech or could help someone else.
People who just want to drop in for a chat are also welcome. This program is open to everyone, and everyone is welcome

Thank you all and look forward to seeing you around.

Warm regards,

Simon Direen
